Sparkling Kale Lemonade
A fizzy, sparkly, kale lemonade!
  • 145g (¾ cup) sugar
  • 240 ml (1 cup) water
  • 5 lemons, peeled
  • 3 large handfuls of fresh kale leaves
  • 1L sparkling water
  • Ice
  1. Make a simple syrup by combining the sugar and water in a medium saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring, until sugar has dissolved. Allow to cool.
  2. Juice the peeled lemons and kale leaves. Add to the simple syrup and top up with sparkling water until diluted to the desired sweetness.
