Vegan 'Steak' Sauce
For the tomato sauce, brown sauce and Worcester sauce, I used Chippa brand so I knew it was vegan and gluten-free. Check the labels if you're using another brand. Alternatives to brown sauce are A1 or HP, but they may not be suitable for free-from diets so check the label.
  • 100g (1/2 cup) tomato ketchup
  • 50g (1/4 cup) brown sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Stout (check the label for gluten-free and/or vegan)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
