Ingredients

cup
(200ml) Greek yogurt
(or non-dairy yogurt)
1 ¾
cups
(150g) oats

tablespoons
raisins

orange
zest and juice

apple
grated
1
teaspoon
ground cinnamon

small pinch grated nutmeg
1
tablespoon
maple syrup

cup
(200ml) milk
or non-dairy milk, or orange juice
Toppings
optional:
handful of blueberries

tablespoon
almonds
Orange zest
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl and stir.
Leave to soak in the fridge for at least 12 hours.
Serve cold, straight from the fridge, with optional blueberries, almonds and orange zest.
The Bircher muesli will last for up to 5 days in the fridge.
