radishes
trimmed and halved

olive oil

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C.
Wash the radishes, then trim off the stems and roots. Halve any larger radishes so they’re all approximately the same size.
Add the radishes to a bowl and toss with the olive oil and all remaining ingredients.
Pour onto a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25 minutes, or until crispy with golden edges.
Serve and enjoy.
