These adorable Reindeer Brownies have a hidden secret: they’re made with avocado. The avocado brings healthy fats and keeps them moist and rich. The kids will love decorating them like Rudolph, and eating them too!

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F / 175C. Grease an 8” / 20cm square baking tray or line it with baking paper.
Add the avocado flesh, milk, brown sugar and vanilla to a food processor and whiz until smooth, scraping down the sides if necessary.
Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla and salt and pulse until combined, but don’t over mix.
Spoon the batter into the pan and spread evenly to the edges. Bake for 15 minutes or until the edges are cooked and the centre is still a little squidgy.
Allow to cool completely in the tray.
Cut the cooled brownies into triangles, then decorate like reindeers with the candy eyes, pretzels and red sweets, using the writing icing to ‘glue’ them on.
