Ingredients

tablespoons
maple syrup

tablespoons
vegetable oil

tablespoons
peanut butter
or any nut butter
3 ½
cups
(280g) oats

tablespoons
mixed seeds

dried cherries
chopped

dried figs
chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F / 180C and line a deep baking tray with baking paper.
Heat the maple syrup, oil and peanut butter in a large saucepan over medium heat until the peanut butter has melted. Mix well until combined.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir until it is all combined.
Spoon the mixture into the baking tray and cook for 15 minutes or until golden.
Allow the flapjacks to cool completely before slicing.
Store in an airtight container.
