Add the blueberries, sugar and water to a pot and heat for 8 minutes, stirring often, until it becomes a thick sauce. Allow to cool completely.
Spoon the yogurt and blueberries, alternating, into popsicle molds and freeze until solid.
Try different yogurt varieties. Vanilla, strawberry, honey, lemon etc.. are all perfect.If using plain yogurt, try swirling a little maple syrup in to sweeten it.If using lemon yogurt, try adding 1 tablespoon lemon juice to the blueberries to bring out the flavor.Try these blueberry popsicles with different fruit instead. Blackberries, cherries, raspberries... delicious!
