3cupspeeledcored and diced apples (approx 4 apples, 350g)
⅓cupraisins
1teaspoonground cinnamon
½teaspoonground ginger
Instructions
Melt the butter in a large skillet over a medium heat, then stir in the sugar and stir until it melts.
Add the remaining ingredients, stir, cover and cook over a medium/low heat for 12 minutes, stirring regularly, until the apples are soft and begin to break down.
Enjoy on oatmeal, pancakes, waffles, yogurt and more.
