This recipe for homemade vegan chicken-style seasoning is a great way to get chicken flavor into your dishes in a completely vegan way. Use it dry as a tasty seasoning or add to water to replace traditional chicken stock, broth or bouillon.
Add all ingredients to a blender or small food processor and whiz to a powder. Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
To make it into vegan chicken broth, dissolve 2 teaspoons per cup (250ml) of boiling water.

Notes
Vegan Chicken BrothThis vegan chicken seasoning is also Vegan Chicken Broth (aka vegan chicken stock). Simply stir it into just-boiled water to make a mock chicken-style broth.Use 2 teaspoons of Vegan Chicken Seasoning per cup of boiling water.2 teaspoons of the powder is equal to 1 bouillon cube.Use it in any recipe that calls for chicken stock. I also love it in vegan soups or stews instead of vegetable broth.TipsMake sure you pulse ingredients in the blender or food processor until everything is evenly combined. This will ensure that your seasoning has an even balance of flavor. If you don’t have a blender, then you can add all the spices to a dish and stir, but it won’t be powdery. It will still be a lovely seasoning but won’t be suitable for vegan chicken broth.Vegan chicken style seasoning is best kept in a glass jar with the lid on tight.Store it in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.Make it Gluten Free: To make sure this seasoning is gluten free, read all of the labels on your spices. Some contain wheat products to help from clumping up.
