Ingredients
1
cup
mayonnaise
(240g)
4
tablespoons
Thai sweet chili sauce
2
teaspoons
Sriracha hot sauce
or more to taste
2
teaspoons
honey
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and whisk well to combine completely.
Store in an airtight container or jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Use it to make homemade Bonefish Grill bang bang shrimp, drizzle on fries, liven up veggies, serve as a dipping sauce or many other ways.
Notes
For the best flavor, let the sauce chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours to give time for the flavors to marry together.
Start with a small amount of Sriracha, then work your way up to taste when adding it to the sauce.
If the sauce ends up being too spicy, try adding a squeeze of lemon or lime juice to cut through the spicy flavor.
