Notes
You can use fresh or frozen mango for this recipe. Frozen mango will produce a more frozen cold consistency while fresh mango or mango puree will be a bit thinner.If you happen to use very thick yogurt, your lassi may come out too thick. Feel free to thin it out with a little water or milk until desired consistency is reached.The cardamom is optional but traditional in mango lassis.
