Ingredients

ripe avocado
peeled and stoned
⅓
cup
(75ml) almond milk
(or cow, hazelnut, soya - whatever you prefer)

tablespoon
maple syrup
or agave

tablespoon
cocoa powder

teaspoon
almond extract
pinch
of salt
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor, or use a hand-held blender, and blend until smooth.
Put into serving dishes and chill in the fridge for at least an hour.
