Ingredients
For the Salad:

cannellini beans
15 oz / 425 g, or navy beans, drained and rinsed

chopped cucumber

halved cherry tomatoes

chopped red bell pepper

finely chopped red onion

crumbled feta cheese

For the Dressing:

olive oil

lemon juice

white wine vinegar

dried oregano

teaspoon
honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the beans, cucumber, tomatoes, red bell pepper, red onion, feta, dill, and parsley.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, oregano, honey, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Let sit for 10–15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend.
