Instructions
Remove the ice cream from the freezer a few minutes before using to thaw slightly.
Cut the hot cross buns in half and lightly toast them under the grill/broiler.
Add a scoop of ice cream to the bottom side of each hot cross bun.
Drizzle with chocolate sauce then add
the top of the hot cross bun to make a 'sandwich'. Serve immediately.
