or 3 cups cooked, drained and rinsed

vegetable broth

dried oregano

smoked paprika

lemon juice
Salt and pepper

chopped parsley
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in the butter beans, vegetable broth, oregano, and paprika.
Simmer gently for 5–7 minutes until the beans are heated through and the broth reduces slightly.
Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Serving Ideas: Serve with crusty bread, as a side dish or salad, or spooned onto toasted sourdough.
