Instructions
Add cottage cheese to a blender or food processor, or a deep container with an immersion blender. Blend on high speed for a minute or two until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Divide the whipped cottage cheese between bowls and top with fresh fruit, then drizzle with honey, if using.
Notes
Use full-fat cottage cheese for the creamiest result.
A food processor works best for smooth consistency, but a high-powered blender or immersion blender also does the job.
If your cottage cheese is too thick, add a splash of milk to help it blend.
Fresh fruit is best, but frozen works if thawed slightly before serving.
Adjust sweetness to taste—cottage cheese has a mild tang, so a little honey goes a long way.
