baby potatoes, Yukon gold etc...

dried Italian herbs

Instructions
Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut baby potatoes into halves, or cut larger potatoes into small chunks.
Add the potatoes to a bowl, then add the oil, spices, herbs and salt. Mix well to coat the potatoes.
Pro tip: For even more flavor, cover the bowl and let the potatoes marinate for 15 minutes.
Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket (if they're too crowded, cook them in batches).
Air fry the potatoes at 400°F/200°C for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket a few times during the cooking.
Check that they're cooked through inside and crispy outside and if necessary cook the potatoes for a little longer.
