Ingredients

dried red chilli flakes

garlic cloves
peeled and lightly crushed
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes, but don’t allow it to boil.
Spoon out and discard the garlic.
Transfer the hot maple syrup to a jar or bottle and let it cool. You can store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
