Add cottage cheese to a blender or food processor, or a deep container with an immersion blender.

Blend on high speed for a minute or two until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

Divide the whipped cottage cheese between bowls and top with fresh fruit, then drizzle with honey, if using.
