Add all of the sauce ingredients to a large bowl.
Using a whisk, combine all the sauce ingredients together until evenly distributed.
Cover the bowl, or add the sauce to a jar or airtight container, and let it sit in the fridge for at least one hour before using, though overnight is best!

Copycat Zaxby’s Zax Sauce
Equipment
- mixing bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250g) mayonnaise
- ½ cup (115g) ketchup
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour for the flavors to develop. Overnight is even better.

Yes. It’s really close to Zax sauce. A dash more Worcestershire and add salt, plus more pepper and a tablespoon of vinegar instead of a tsp and it’s spot on.
